Northwest Access Exchange is governed by a volunteer board in support of its mission as a 501(c)6 non-profit. Board members are elected annually.
An executive director manages the day-to-day operations and partners with the board on strategic planning for NWAX.
Volunteer network engineers keep the exchange fabric modernized and stable. They set up ports, perform maintenance, and support members.
