Northwest Access Exchange’s annual meeting occurs on the second Thursday of each November. This allows the membership to gather and vote for the board of directors.
The meeting will start at 3pm on Thursday, November 9, 2023. The meeting space in Hillsboro is generously donated by Genuine Technology Group. Following the meeting, there will be a chance to socialize with other members, volunteers and the NWAX board.
For those unable to attend in person, the meeting will also be available online. See details on the events page.
Employees and delegates of NWAX members, volunteers, and other interested parties are invited. Only employees and delegates of NWAX members will be able to vote.
Voting will start a week before the meeting via online form. There will be a few minutes at the beginning of the meeting to finish voting.
